Whether through our collections, or the ability to reproduce historic trimmings in silk, viscose or outdoor yarn we can make the trim that you look for all in your colors with our ranges of dedicated yarns.
Today we are able to meet all demands, from special handmade production, to industrial production in order to meet all needs.
From cables for the handrails, to piping, to seat fringes and tie-backs and many more, our know-how allows us to create the trimmings you need.
Ribbons and braids are more modern today, but thanks to our jacquard looms the quality and rendering remain unmatched.

History
The company
and its history
Created in the 1970s, the Bourdons establishments set up in Jonzieux as close as possible to the ancestral know-how already existing in this village.
In 1990, Michel Sahuc, son of « battandier » (Manufacturer of shutters and shuttles for ribbon looms) bought the company. With his experience as an export sales director in the ribbon making business, he developped it internationaly particularly in the United States.
In 2013, Arnaud Sahuc took over the family business and continued to perpetuate this exceptional know-how.
In 2018 the company was recognized by the EPV label (living heritage company).

Thus we can combine the old techniques that made the fame of the trimmings with the new technologies. This symbiosis allows us to innovate and always renew ourselves today.
The workshop covers 1,500 m2 on the ground. All trimmings techniques are represented there:

orders according to their quantity
